A little bit about this cartoon...
When drawing an editorial cartoon on a topic as grave as the genocide occurring in the Sudan, there is no way to do it but head-on. I am especially proud of the fact that it was recognized as one of the Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year. I just hope that the cartoon's message isn't applicable next year.  -Jim
